As Women鈥檚 Day arrives we get to find many inspirational and motivational stories of successful women all around the world.

When we are talking about very important aspects like equality, empowerment, freedom, etc. But have you ever wondered why it is so hard for a woman to be treated equally? Why do women need any such campaign to make a change in their life?聽

I wonder why women themselves never think about their own. Why are they in constant need or search of support? Why don’t they speak and stand up for themselves?

聽聽聽聽聽聽Step out of your home, walk, run, do yoga or play any physical game for at least 25 minutes a day.

聽聽聽聽聽聽When you exercise, your body releases good happy hormones which in a way protects your mental health too.

聽聽聽聽聽聽In society, people try to pull you down in every possible way.

聽聽聽聽聽聽We used to hear from a very young age that, a girl should not study more, not go out often, not ride a bike, not wear jeans/pants, and most heard is do not speak in front of anyone, not have an opinion.

聽聽聽聽聽聽I never get the proper answer. Why is this so!!!!

聽聽聽聽聽聽But now when I am thinking about that, I get to know it is because Women did not speak for themselves. We must speak and take a stand for ourselves on our own.

聽聽聽聽聽聽Do not listen always. It is not your duty to listen to everyone. Please be vocal about your thoughts, ambitions, and desires.

聽聽聽聽聽聽Do not be afraid of anything or anyone.聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽DO not let someone control your life. Take the steering of your life into your hand.聽聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽Do not seek help from others and don鈥檛 wait for others to come and give you support.

聽聽聽聽聽聽Nobody can help you unless and until you help yourself.

聽聽聽聽聽聽Be a Fearless, Strong, Independent, Courageous woman of your own. Live for yourself and be proud of that.
